Michael Caine stars as a business man named Matthew Hollins, on holiday in Rio De Janeiro with his teenaged daughter Nikki and his best friend Victor and his sexy and flirtatious daughter, Jennifer.
Falling prey to this best friend's daughter, the pair embark on a secret relationship. Upon hearing of his daughter's affair with an "older man," his best friend seeks his help in tracking down the lover.
Blame It on Rio is loosely based on the French farce Un Moment D'Egarement.
